We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe you do not meet these requirements.

03 Products & Descriptions

We are the authorized USA distributor of Pharmaqo Labs products. We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are entirely error-free.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may vary as the manufacturer updates designs from time to time without affecting the product itself.

All products are sold for laboratory research use only, unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, or use of any product you order.

04 Orders & Order Confirmation

When you place an order on our site, you will receive an order confirmation page and an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it confirms that we have received your order details.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason.
• Limit quantities per customer or per order.
• Correct pricing errors before dispatch.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund using the same method you used to pay, where feasible.

05 Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bitcoin — with a 10% discount applied automatically.
• Cashapp
• Chime
• Zelle
• Interac E-transfer — for Canadian customers.

Payments are processed manually after you place your order. You will receive the payment details on your order confirmation page and by email. Please send the exact amount shown.

Orders are only dispatched after your payment has been confirmed. If no payment is received within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

06 Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the United States and Canada. Shipping takes a maximum of:

• 2 days across the USA after dispatch.
• 3 days to Canada after dispatch.

Orders are dispatched immediately after payment confirmation. Tracking details are provided for all orders. All shipments are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

07 Refunds & Returns

Because of the nature of our products, we may not be able to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

08 Authenticity & Lab Testing

All Pharmaqo Labs products we distribute are sourced directly from the manufacturer and are independently lab-tested. Full test results are published on our Test Results page so you can verify batches yourself.

We are the authorized USA distributor and do not sell counterfeit or unverified products.

09 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Post or transmit any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer data.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or place fraudulent orders.

We reserve the right to terminate access or refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product images, text, and layout — is owned by USA Pharmaqo Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
